The recording time on the record is not affected by the one-dimensional length of the song, but by the two-dimensional area of the length and volume. The recordable time can be extended by sacrificing the volume.レコードへの収録時間は楽曲の1次元的な長さではなく長さとボリュームの2次元的な面積が影響します。
音量を犠牲にすることで収録可能時間は長くすることができます。
Sound quality - 音質
The sound quality depends on each sensitivity. We will work with you to get the best possible sound quality.
The mastering work performs the necessary processing based on the reverse RIAA and DeEsser processing required for cutting work. If there is no particular request, it will be processed according to the basic settings of our factory.音質はそれぞれの感性に依存します。
私たちはあなたとのやりとりを何度か繰り返すうちに理想の音質に近づけます。
マスタリング作業はカッティング作業に必要な逆RIAA、DeEsser処理などを基本に必要な処理を行います。特に要望のない場合は当工房の基本セッティングに合わせての処理となります。

VINYL CUTTING GRAPHICS
This is a technique unique to our factory. It is possible to engrave a picture on the record side with sound. Music cannot be recorded in the part where the picture is put. Basically, I draw a picture by controlling the width of the groove depending on the strength of the sine wave.

山地真介 / AUTORA FACTORY PLATE、稲田成実1989年から1991年にかけてアメリカ合衆国を巡回した展覧会「アゲインスト・ネイチャー：80年代の日本美術」のために制作された《Playback》は、パフォーマンス《Pleasure Life》（1988年）の構造を基礎に制作されたインスタレーションで、グリッド状に配列された25台のプラットフォームには、レコード盤に模したアクリル板と、レコード針に模したロケットが配置され、コンピュータ制御により蛍光管が点滅するなど、パフォーマンスのモチーフを踏襲していた。2018年、ポンピドゥー・センター・メッスでの個展のために新たに制作されたリモデル版《Playback》は、12台のターンテーブル・ユニットで本物のレコード盤が当時の音源——80年代初期ダムタイプの山中透・古橋悌二による音楽をはじめ、英語教材の滑稽で風変わりな声や、1977年にNASAによって打ち上げられた惑星探査機ヴォイジャーに搭載されていたレコードに記録されていた55種類の言語の挨拶——に加えて、新たにフィールド・レコーディングした音素材をミックスして再生するサウンドスケープ・インスタレーション。2019年、東京都現代美術館の個展では、16台のターンテーブル・ユニットにバージョン・アップされた。 2022年、ミュンヘンのHaus der Kunstでの「ダムタイプ展」で展示された本作品は、坂本龍一ディレクションによる世界各地のフィールドレコーディング音源によって構成された。レコードの盤面には、AUTORA FACTORY PLATEの独自技術によって、録音された場所を中心とした世界地図が描かれている。
